- Hosting services are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date under our money-back guarantee.
- Domain registration, renewal, or transfer fees are non-refundable
- Services terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
- Submit a support ticket at Submit Ticket or email us at support@adjwebhosting.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Once we review your request and verify eligibility, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any non-refundable fees (e.g., domain registration fees).
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Domain registration, renewal, or transfer services.
- Additional services or add-ons such as SSL certificates or dedicated IPs once activated.
Damaged or Defective Services
f you encounter any issues with the performance of our services (e.g., server downtime beyond the agreed uptime guarantee), please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution, including possible refunds or credits.
Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing policies.
